Dynamic Templates & Variables

How to build a reusable post template library and harness powerful dynamic placeholders.

Dynamic Templates & Variables

Composing copy from scratch for every single push stunts campaign velocity. The Template Manager in Group Post Helper allows you to store, organize, and reuse production-tested copy libraries.

📑 Creating & Saving Templates

  1. Inside the composer, after perfecting your Spintax syntax and asset attachments.
  2. Click Save as Template in the bottom control panel.
  3. Assign a descriptive label (e.g., Property Listing - Luxury Condos, Seasonal Wholesale Promo).
  4. Categorize templates by Folder / Tag for fast retrieval.

🧩 Supported Dynamic Variables

GPH recognizes contextual tags and resolves them during execution:

Dynamic VariableResolved ValuePractical Example
{group_name}Name of current target groupHello {group_name} members!
{date}Current date (DD/MM/YYYY)Stock inventory updated {date}
{time_now}Current timestamp (HH:mm)Real-time quote as of {time_now}
{random_id}6-digit random reference stringOrder Code: #{random_id}
{random_number:3-9}Random number within a rangeOnly {random_number:3-7} slots remaining!

💡 Combining Templates with Auto-Comment

To keep your submission atop the community feed (preventing it from getting buried):

  1. Toggle Auto-Comment in your template options.
  2. Specify Spintax-enabled seed comments:
    {DM sent with the full price list!|Check your direct messages for specs.|Feel free to leave a reply below for immediate assistance.}
  3. Set a comment delay between 30 and 60 seconds after successful posting. Facebook’s algorithm rewards immediate conversational activity, boosting organic reach to more community members!
